What people usually ask us

Which institutions can partner with La Puerta?

Companies, universities, institutes, schools, professional associations, clubs, cooperatives and any institution that wants to offer a perk to its people or build a partnership with us.

How do members use the perk?

Mainly by showing their institution ID card when they arrive. If another method works better for your institution, such as a code or a member list, we set it up together.

What is the perk?

We define it together based on the type of institution and the number of people. Message us and we'll walk you through the options.

Is the perk only for the escape rooms?

No. It can also apply to La Puerta URBAN (our city-wide phone game) and La Puerta HOME (our play-at-home escape room). We set it out in each partnership.

Does it work for institution events too?

Yes. Besides the individual perk, we organize experiences for large groups in our rooms or with La Puerta URBAN, our city-wide game for up to 250 people.

How do we get started?
