Privacy policy

1. Who we are

• La Puerta – Escape Rooms is an escape room company in La Paz, Bolivia. For any privacy question write to reservas@lapuerta.net or WhatsApp +591 76228873.

2. What data we use

• Website: lapuerta.net has no forms or user accounts and sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address like any site you visit.
• Bookings: when you book by WhatsApp or phone we keep your name, number and booking details.
• Group photos: after a room our staff may take a group photo with a La Puerta frame, as stated in point 7 of our Terms of service.

3. Why we use it

• To manage your booking and contact you.
• To publish group photos on La Puerta's official Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

4. Photo app and social media

• Photos are published with our own app, which uses the official APIs of Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok (Login Kit and Content Posting API).
• The app only publishes content to the account its owner connected and authorized. From TikTok we receive only basic profile information (identifier, display name and avatar) and the access permissions needed to post. We do not read messages, followers, comments or any other account data.
• Access permissions are encrypted in transit, stored only on our server, never shared, and can be revoked at any time from the TikTok, Instagram or Facebook account settings.

5. How long we keep it

• Photos are automatically deleted from our server after 7 days. Once published, they stay on our social media until we remove them.
• The publishing log (date, network and result, no photos) is deleted after 90 days.

6. Your rights

• You can ask us to remove a photo you appear in, or to delete your booking data, by writing to reservas@lapuerta.net. We handle it as soon as possible.

7. Changes

• If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
